Lemon Herb Marinade

Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Mix all together in a freezer bag. Add 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken breast.

Freeze. Allow to thaw and broil, bake with rice, or grill chicken.
